Collaboration Across Conservation and Recreation Sectors
Our Stakeholders
NoCo Places Stakeholders
The Executive Committee sets the strategic direction, which is developed in consultation with the NoCo Stakeholders, a group of approximately 70 individuals that includes the Executive Committee members, additional staff from each of the agencies, and individuals with expertise in subjects that are important to the management of these public lands. Their expertise is diverse and wide-ranging and includes outdoor motorized and non-motorized recreation, the environment, historic and cultural resources, transportation, the outdoor recreation industry, and other issues that directly impact the landscapes of Northern Colorado.
The NoCo Places Stakeholder group is a coalition of organizations and agencies that share an interest in advancing the mission of NoCo Places — supporting equitable, sustainable access to Northern Colorado’s outdoor spaces, trails, and natural resources.
Stakeholders collaborate, share information, and help guide regional initiatives. Participation is open to public, private, and nonprofit organizations that align with NoCo Places’ mission and values.
